Perfect time to write this post.
After the confessions, IT’S TIME TO LET IT GO!
.
.
.
This activity of letting go is part of every happiness program I have attended, and every child psychologist uses this technic to help children free from all negative emotions, feelings and thoughts.
.
.
All you need is a balloon, tie your sheet of confessions that you want to let go to this balloon and let it go away. Far far far away from you. If you somehow don’t have a balloon you might just make an aeroplane out of your let go confessions and fly it away, make a boat and let it float away in the river, sea or ocean, if you can’t go out in the lock down to sea you can just tear it to pieces and dump it or even better burn it (classic Jab We Met scene).
.
.
This was my Dad’s favourite technic from the movie. It always made him burst into tears of joy. So it’s time for you to try it out. Don’t worry if you can’t do any of above. Create your own unique let go style. Draw balloons on top of the conversion and let them fly away with your thoughts.
.
.
.
Now relax and do it again tomorrow. It makes a lot of room in that complex brain of us humans.
.
.My happiness tools are all based on one principle they have to be micro tools with a byte size input and still free up a gigabyte ram for me and for you.
.
.
Come on CLEAR YOUR RAM and ROM.
.
.
Tomorrow is a very challenging task we need some empty space to collect something.

Wow Urvarshi..amazing series and great idea with this post. I agree let it go one of the best thing that can help us a lot in relieving negative emotions and enjoy a state of mind that did not have a burden of unwanted thoughts. looking forward what you are going to share in next post.
Wow. This is a great exercise. And I also happen to have balloons with me. I have been trying to let go of my childhood scars and fears for quite sometime now. Looks like this exercise might just help me.
I never done this let it go technique but it is great to try it. This is best way to feel good.
Thanks for sharing the idea about this exercise. Letting go is never easy. There is no short-cut or trick to it. One of the hardest lessons in life is letting go. Whether its guilty, anger, love, loos or betrayal. Change is never easy. We fight to hold on and we fight to let go.
Probably this why I went on the quest to find a way
This is such a powerful and good technique. not just kids, i feel even adults can benefit from doing self reflection following by this letting go activity. Fabulous tool!
So true and well said! Our RAM and ROM need to be cleared for a new day and new beginnings!
Absolutely a must. Thanks for reading
I have let so many things go that I’m so fed up. Now I just concentrate on what’s in front of me and just me.
Wonderful Cindy. I can see You are in full energy today.
Letting go can be tough and can take years of patience and practice. I clearly remember once it was so hard for me to let go of a particular situation I was in; at that point in time I had almost given up. But as time passed by, things evened out and became better. Never thought I could have overcome that, but I did 🙂
Rahul Ji you are an inspiration. Everytime you add more value to our posts. It’s true time is best medicine. But these letting go tricks can help us to get over quickly
I have never done this before but I want to try it… My mind is really clogged these days! I will share this with my friends as well… ❤️
Ya I had loved that idea from Jab we met too. Also I also enjoyed the idea of the balloon with the fears written from the movie Hichki. I use some of the times to let go of my fears by writing on a piece of paper and flushing them down the drain.
This really looks a great idea. I have never tried it but would love to make a try to explore new technique for the brain development.
Its such a co-incidence today only I was thinking of a way of a let go activity for myself sometimes it does hit you. Your post was helpful.
Urvashi, we also believe in Let go ideology. For being happy we need to have a handful of tricks to work and ‘let go’ is one of them.
this is such a nice series. Letting it go is so important actually in life for you to grow.
I loved the let go techniques used in Jab we met movie. Although right now I am in a phase where I really can’t let go anything even if I want too 😭
Omg lets spare kids this is something I am going to try literally. I feel so bored, this one sounds interesting. Haha.
