Yellow Parantha

Steps to prepare

  • Two types of Dal can be used – left over dal from previous meal or dal soaked for 6 hours and grinded to paste. Oh sorry I forgot to mention which dal. Ha ha basically use your or moong dal as they are easy to digest for our toddlers
  • Put dal, wheat flour or atta, turmeric or haldi, 1 tbsp besan or gram floor, homemade desi ghee, salt, ajwain in a plate or big container
  • Mix all the ingredients in the container and slowly start adding milk or water. Milk keeps the parantha soft and it stays fresh longer
