πΊ PRACTICE WHAT YOU PREACH. I have said it many times that kids are sharp observers. You cannot teach them things out of the book all the time. You have to do the hard work along with them. Remember they grow as you grow. Lead your children by examples. Cheerful you means cheerful baby.,π

πΊ THINK POSITIVE & BE OPTIMISTIC. We all have our days of lows and frustration. Practice attitude of gratitude, give positive reviews, be optimistic, and stay contended. π

πΊ EAT FRESH FOOD . No weight loss techniques here. This is critical in raising happy babies too. And, I cannot emphasize it further. It is one of the three essentials to survive after air and water. Clean and healthy freshly prepared food keeps our mind and body working to its best potential. Ladies, its time to ditch the packaged, quick munchies. Eat fresh! For yourself and for your babies too! π

πΊ STAY HEALTHY STAY CHEERFUL . With every sweat we release negative energies and find more reasons to be happy. Every completed set is an achievement and an inspiration to win. Be that happy person and show kids how being healthy makes you cheerful

πΊ FOLLOW UR HEART AND HAVE A HOBBY . The inner peace that we achieve when we do something we love is what helps us to be cheerful from INSIDE. Dancing, gymming or creative crafts. Encourage your kids too to develop an interest, let them explore and find what gives them joy. Inspire them to do it everyday.π

πΊ KEEP NO EXPECTATIONS. If you want to do something just do it with full honesty and don’t expect anything in return. This helps you to be calm and not keep nagging for something you wanted in favour or return. Set this example for your kids and show them how peaceful and cheerful it keeps you when you do things selflessly.
πΊ TAKE OUT TIME FOR THE ULTIMATE SOURCE OF ENERGY . See and be amazed by the miracle of nature! I mean it. A beautiful sunny day, watching the rain drops or evening walks. Feel blessed for positive white light surrounding you and your loved ones every single day!π
